Ans.: Clockwise- Akiro Kurosawa, Orson Welles and Roman Polanski. All have directed adaptations of Shakespeare’s Macbeth titled “Throne of Blood” (1971), “Macbeth” (1948), “Macbeth” (1971) respectively. The Indian connection is Vishal Bhardwaj who came up with his adpatation named “Maqbool” in 2004.
